Brandon Clapp (Owner, Construction Manager) 720-422-6288

Brandon Clapp is owner of Metro Construction and Restoration. He has 20 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry. He has a B.S in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management. Brandon holds a contractor licenses in Denver, Westminster, Lakewood, and many other municipalities throughout Denver. Brandon is IICRC certified in restoration.

Jon Jaquess (Project Manager) 720-334-2795

Jon Jaquess has experience in the field of construction, marketing, advertising, estimating, and project management. Over the last 10 years he has acquired a general knowledge of construction related projects, developing relationships with home owners, contractors, vendors, business groups, and community project organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Denver Digs, and Ka Boom school programs. “I am here to serve the Metro Denver area as well as the surrounding regions for any construction and restoration projects, no matter what the scope of the work may be”.

Brett Harding-(Sales Manager)720-317-2275

Brett has been in the restoration/construction industry for over 12 years. He has worked on large commercial, residential and industrial both locally and nationally. Brett is highly experienced in the Multi-Family and property management industry. He is IICRC certified for fire and water. Brett have joined Metro as the Sales Manager overseeing all projects from insurance related works as well as property management and construction. "I strive for customer relations and my goal is to increase the levels of quality and customer service."

Toni

I have been working in the Construction/Restoration industry for 2 1/2 years as a Production Assistant and just joined Metro as the Production Coordinator. I have worked on several large projects out of state including Gibson in Nashville from last years flooding. I've worked with several of the same property managers and companies Metro is currently doing business with. I am excited at the opportunity to be apart of the Metro family as we continue to grow.

Bobby Sparks- (Office Manager) 720-317-2275

Bobby began working in the restoration industry in 2002 working as a water and fire damage restoration technician, he became IICRC certified and gained a great deal of knowledge of restoration industry. Bobby graduated with honors from University of Colorado at Denver in May 2011 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Having worked with members of the Metro team in the past, he jumped at the opportunity to join the team as the Office Manager this June. When not working he enjoys snowboarding, tutoring, and working with the community.
