About Metro Construction
We are a fully licensed, insured and bonded general contractor capable of handling any type of construction or restoration project from interior water damage to major residential construction. Our experienced staff is committed to serving the needs of our customers 24 hours a day ~ 7 days per week.

Brandon Clapp (Owner)
Brandon is the owner of Metro Construction and Restoration. He has 20 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry. He has a B.S. in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management. Brandon holds contractor licenses in Denver, Westminster, Lakewood, and many other municipalities throughout Denver. Brandon is also IICRC certified in restoration.
Bobby Sparks (Office Manager)
Bobby began working in the restoration industry in 2002 working as a water and fire damage restoration technician, he became IICRC certified and gained a great deal of knowledge of the restoration industry. Bobby graduated with honors from University of Colorado at Denver in May 2011 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Having worked with members of the Metro team in the past, he jumped at the opportunity to join the team as the Office Manager in June 2011. When not working he enjoys snowboarding, tutoring, and working with the community.
Mimi Galvan (Operation's Coordinator)
Mimi has been in the construction and restoration industry for over ten years working for both large and small companies. Within that time she has worked in different capacities but found her niche to be in AR. She has a full understanding of all insurance claims and willing to help any way she can. Mimi has hit the ground running and is very excited to be a member of the Metro team and helping with the company’s needs.
Rob Shah (Project Manager)
Rob has worked in the construction and restoration industries for 8 years. He graduated with distinction with a degree in Management and International Business from Penn State in 2005. His experience includes new home construction in multiple high-volume production-style neighborhoods (luxury townhomes and single-family homes), ground-up commercial construction, and restoration and reconstruction in both residential and commercial environments. Rob is an expert user in Xactimate (Level 3 Certified).
Jon Jaquess (Project Manager)
Jon Jaquess has 14 years of experience in the field of construction, marketing, estimating, and project management. Over these years he has acquired a working knowledge of construction related projects. Jon has established relationships with property managers, home owners, and business groups that has built a solid repeat customer base. “I am here to serve the Metro Denver area as well as the surrounding regions for any construction and restoration projects, no matter what the scope of the work may be.”
